Leaver Codes

This screen allows the definition of 'Leaver' codes, i.e. resignation, disciplinary etc.

Field Information

ClosedLeaver Code

This is a numeric-only field. To create a new code, use the New option:

A - Add a new record.

C - Change an existing record.

D - Delete an existing record.

 

ClosedDescription

This displays the description associated with the Leaver Code.

In order to delete a record, the Leaver Code must not exist on any employee's record.

*NOTE* Leave Code number 99 is reserved for death in service employees only.
